Advance preview of Darker Than Black @ The Alamo Drafthouse West Oaks.  Remember there will be T-shirts given away, and a presentation from one of the respected name in the scientific community, P.M. Ajayan, will be doing a presentation on the material that he created that is considered to be the darkest matter on this planet. Sounds interesting? Head on over tonight at West Oaks!

No Familiar to Zero screener disc, so we will have to switch it with Gunslinger Girl Volume 1 for tonight. However, we are still on track for Darker Than Black for next week! Oh by the way, WOADH stands for West Oaks Alamo Drafthouse.

Alright, today we’ll be seeing either Darker than Black, or The Familiar of Zero - depending on which one they end up sending us.

Personally I’d rather watch Familiar of Zero - or as I know and love it, Zero no Tsukaima. Think of a Harry Potter-esque school and world, where someone from our world gets unwittingly pulled in and chaos ensues. Fan service and dirty jokes galore - not one for younger kids.

Darker than Black I haven’t seen as of yet - maybe one of you could provide your own review of it?

Prizes will consist of the usual assortment of random DVDs, along with whichever title is provided, and two movie passes - as well as a manga, if I can find it in the maelstrom that is my room..
